booking of gin tastings
the distance contracts act’s (distansavtalslagen) rules of right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of registration/tickets for events. once a booking has been made, you as a customer are bound by your purchase, regardless of weather you attend the event or not.
When you have completed your booking, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about the date and time of the gin tasting, the adress and cancellation information.
if the total number of booked persons falls below 6 persons the tasting may be cancelled. you will then be able to rebook to another date or get a refund of the full amount.

if you want to cancel your booking we will charge a cancellation fee of 50 sek if the cancellation is done up to 14 days from the time of the gin tasting. It is also possible to receive a gift card of the full amount. if you want to cancel the booking within 14 days as the gin tasting takes place we will charge the full amount of the booking price.

Ordering in the web shop
When you have completed your shopping order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, VAT, billing and delivery address.
If there is anything wrong with the order confirmation, you should contact us immediately by email to consumer@fjaregin.com.
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-2 business days. At unusually high order pressure, it can take up to 7 working days for your order to be sent.
If delays in delivery should occur (without us notifying you of longer delivery times), please contact us at e-mail address: consumer@fjaregin.com.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays that have occurred after we have delivered the shipment to the relevant freight forwarder. For delays, you are welcome to contact us at e-mail address: consumer@fjaregin.com for further information about the shipment.
If a delivery is delayed in a way that the customer no longer wants the order, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel in accordance with Fieruaas Distillery AB (fjaregin.com) terms of purchase.
Cancellation after order has dispatched is not possible and then it is the customer's duty to receive the goods. For shipping that is not redeemed, and the package is returned to us, we charge a fee (cost depending on size of package) to cover the costs incurred for Fieruaas Distillery AB (fjaregin.com) in transport and administration.
Cancellation is considered valid only after confirmation from Fieruaas Distillery AB (fjaregin.com) by phone, email or text message.
Retention of title
All products are owned by Fieruaas Distillery AB (fjaregin.com) up until full payment has been made.
Prices
All prices in the store are stated in accordance with Swedish legislation including VAT and in the Swedish currency SEK.
We reserve the right for price changes caused by supplier price changes, error prints in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
No shipping costs are added for any orders that is made with a “pick-up station”- service. Home delivery is available and cost varies depending on your location.
Smaller packages will be sent by mail and larger packages will be booked through the logtech company Sendify.
Return Policy
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
1 When using your right of withdrawal:
You must announce that you regret it. The message should be sent to us consumer@fjaregin.com. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and the goods to which the return applies must be clear and clear.
You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packaged and in original packaging.
In the amount of the refund, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.
2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) for health or hygiene reasons and the seal (sealed) has been broken by you.
Products that have the nature of sealed sound or image recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
Custom made product, which has been specially tailored for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes.
Services that have been completed and where you have explicitly consented to the service being started without the right of withdrawal.
Goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food.
Issue numbers of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and complaints
We inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or improperly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to remedy the error free of charge.
You must always contact us by e-mail at consumer@fjaregin.com for approval before returning a defective item. Please enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect is discovered.
6.1 How do you go about complaining?

If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We handle return shipping for approved complaints. When complaining of goods, the customer must request a so-called. RN (return number), which is then valid for 14 days.
We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not in error in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In cases where the return reason is a complaint and it is not possible to detect errors on the shipment, a fee (cost depending on size of package) for shipping return and administration in the case is payable. Shipments without RN are returned to the customer and the shipping cost is charged without compensation for the goods. Fieruaas Distillery AB (fjaregin.com) reserves the right to replace defective goods with an equivalent in cases where identical goods are available.

Limitation of Liability
We take no responsibility for any indirect damage that may result from the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays / errors due to circumstances outside the Company's ruling (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decisions, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier.
Furthermore, no liability is assumed for any changes to products / product properties that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on this site as well as final sales of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality and resolution. We always try our best to expose the products as accurately as possible.

1 Payment provider

The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Apple Pay, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

In order to deliver your orders and complete our agreement, we must share specific information with the shipping company. What is shared with the shipping company is the first name, last name and address information for delivery. E-mail address and / or mobile number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.

3 Newsletter
If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name and e-mail address will be shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes.
We use Squarespace Email Campagins / Newsletter for sending out newsletters.
